Ashleigh – it is richer and has a different aroma compared to regular butter. Both work very well in baked goods. I usually go with regular butter, but I feel like this browned butter did add something to my oatmeal poppy seed cookies. You should try it out and see for yourself. If I can do it, you can do it!
