Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • ¼ cip Brown Sugar packed
  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • ½ tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Easter M&M's - see note below
  • ½ cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  • In a separate large bowl, cream the softened butter with the granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in the Egg and Vanilla Extract
  • Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until everything is well blended.
  • Gently stir in the mini chocolate chips and Easter M&M’s, making sure they’re spread throughout the dough.
  • Drop dough balls (about 1 to 1½ tablespoons each) onto your parchment-lined baking sheets, leaving 2 inches between each one. If you’re going for big bakery-style cookies, use 3–4 tablespoons of dough and give them a bit more room to spread.
  • Bake @ 350°F for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  • Let them cool ~ 5 minutes, then they are ready. Enjoy your Easter Chocolate Chip M&M Cookies!
