- 3 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- ½ tsp Pumpkin Spice - see optional recipe in "Notes"
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup - see Lone Goose Vanilla Syrup
- 1½ cups Milk - your preference
- 2 shots Espresso - or ¼ cup strong coffee
- 1½ cups Ice
- Whipped Cream - optional topping
- 1 dash Pumpkin Spice - optional topping
Brew a double shot of espresso (or ½ cup very strong coffee). Add it to fridge to let chill.
Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and vanilla syrup to blender.
Add milk to blender. Grab espresso out of fridge and add to blender
Secure lid and blend for approximately 30 seconds.
Add ice to serving glass. Pour in pumpkin mixture from blender after any foam settles.
Add whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice as an optional topping. Enjoy!
Homemade Pumpkin Spice Blend
This makes extra since you only need ½ tsp for the recipe
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
- ⅛ tsp All Spice
