Homemade Starbucks Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

Equipment

  • 1 Espresso Machine - or coffee maker
  • 1 Blender - or shaker/mason jar
  • 1 Serving Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ tsp Pumpkin Spice - see optional recipe in "Notes"
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup - see Lone Goose Vanilla Syrup
  • cups Milk - your preference
  • 2 shots Espresso - or ¼ cup strong coffee
  • cups Ice
  • Whipped Cream - optional topping
  • 1 dash Pumpkin Spice - optional topping

Instructions
 

  • Brew a double shot of espresso (or ½ cup very strong coffee). Add it to fridge to let chill.
  • Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and vanilla syrup to blender.
  • Add milk to blender. Grab espresso out of fridge and add to blender
  • Secure lid and blend for approximately 30 seconds.
  • Add ice to serving glass. Pour in pumpkin mixture from blender after any foam settles.
  • Add whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice as an optional topping. Enjoy!

Homemade Pumpkin Spice Blend

This makes extra since you only need ½ tsp for the recipe 
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
  • tsp All Spice
