Ingredients
  

Iced Matcha Base

  • 2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 2 tbsp Warm Water
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar Syrup see our brown sugar syrup
  • 1 cup Milk dairy or non dairy
  • 1 cup Ice

Banana Cold Foam

Optional Topping

  • 1-2 Crushed Caramel Topping or Cinnamon Sugar

Instructions
 

Create the Matcha

  • Add the matcha powder and warm water to a small bowl.
  • Whisk until smooth and no clumps remain.

Make the Banana Cold Foam

  • Add the heavy cream, milk, banana syrup, and brown sugar syrup to a small glass or frothing cup.
  • Froth until thick but still pourable.

Build the Drink

  • Fill a tall glass with ice.
  • Add the brown sugar syrup and milk.
