- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ⅓ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- ¼ tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare an 8×8 inch brownie baking pan.
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring after each. Note: It usually takes me 1 min total.
Combine sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder and stir until smooth.
Stir in the Irish cream liqueur (or chocolate milk substitute) and chocolate chips.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and add green sprinkles on top.
Bake 25-30 min or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the brownies is clean when removed.
Let the brownies cool in the pan for 5-10 min before cutting into squares.
