  • 1 8 x 8" Brownie Pan

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ cup Irish Cream Liqueur - or ¼ cup chocolate milk
  • ½ cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tbsp Green Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare an 8×8 inch brownie baking pan.
  • Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring after each. Note: It usually takes me 1 min total.
  • Combine sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder and stir until smooth.
  • Stir in the Irish cream liqueur (or chocolate milk substitute) and chocolate chips.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and add green sprinkles on top.
  • Bake 25-30 min or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the brownies is clean when removed.
  • Let the brownies cool in the pan for 5-10 min before cutting into squares.
