Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Glass or Tumbler

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 cup Milk or non dairy alternative
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Vanilla Beans
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Whipped Cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 cup of ice to blender cup or blender container
  • Pour in milk (or non dairy preference) to blender cup
  • Add 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar to blender cup
  • Take the two vanilla beans and slice them vertically. Then carefully scrape out the vanilla caviar and add the caviar to the other ingredients in the blender cup
  • Add 1/4 tsp vanilla extract to the blender cup
  • Firmly add lid to top of blender cup/container. Add the blender cup/container to top of blender and verify that it is securely fastened. Blend on “Frozen Drink” setting or equivalent (should blend for approximately 1 minute).
  • Slowly pour the blender cup/container into a serving glass. Add optional whipped cream as topping.
