Meet your new classic!  Our Salted Caramel Coffee Syrup pairs our premium Madagascar vanilla beans with our sweet caramel and a light sea salt finish.

We craft it in small batches for consistency and optimal taste.  You can be confident that the flavor has been verified because we taste each batch and use this syrup daily for our own coffee creations.

Flavor Profile

Warm caramel up front with buttery notes following closely behind.  A clean sea salt finish that helps lift sweetness.  Natural vanilla rounds the cup without masking the espresso or coffee.

Ingredients & Process

Cane sugar, filtered water, caramel base, Madagascar vanilla beans, natural vanilla extract, and sea salt.   Always crafted with care in small batches.  We taste every single batch in our own lattes.

How to Use

  • Lattes & Cortados: 1-2 tbsp per 8-12 oz drink
  • Cold Brew & Iced Coffee: 1-2 tbsp, stir or shake
  • Creamers & Foam: whisk into milk, half and half, or cold foam
  • Standard Coffee: add 1-2 tbsp to a standard 8 oz cup of hot coffee to boost the taste
  • Extras: add to carbonated drinks, cocktails and other non coffee drinks.  Drizzle over ice cream, oatmeal, or other baked treats to add the sweet flavor of fall

Best Results: for coffee, lattes, cortados, and other coffee drinks, add the Pumpkin Spice Syrup to the mug first, then proceed with the other ingredients.

My wife & I started making coffee syrups during 2020 to get the best taste at home during the shortages of the covid pandemic.  Over the past several years, we’ve created many new flavors and products, but that same care guides every new flavor we release today.

FAQs

How much salted caramel syrup per latte?

  • The standard is to begin with 1-2 tbsp for an 8-12 oz hot latte
  • For shaken espresso: use 1-1½ tbsp
  • Iced drinks: go a touch higher (1½ – 2 tbsp) since ice and cold milk reduce sweetness.

For all of these, taste and increase by ½ tbsp until optimal sweetness is achieved.

Do I need to refrigerate after opening?

Our bottles are shelf stable for 4-6 weeks after opening.  You can refrigerate to extend shelf life to 2-3 months. Dispose if the syrup ever looks or smells spoiled.
