Ingredients

cups
Almond Flour
2
Lemons
zested & juiced
⅓
cup
Honey
1¼
cup
Rolled Oats
½
cup
Dried Blueberries

tbsp
Fresh European Poppy Seeds

Instructions
Add almond flour, lemon zest, lemon juice, and honey to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Add in half of the oats and pulse again until smooth.
Transfer the contents from the blender to a bowl.
Add in the remaining oats, dried blueberries, and poppy seeds. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Using a spoon or cookie dough scooper, scoop out 24 portions. With your hands, roll each portion into a ball.
Store the balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months.
