Equipment

  • 1 Espresso Machine or Coffee Machine
  • 1 Serving Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot Espresso or 4 oz strong coffee, cooled
  • ¾ cup Whole Milk or non dairy alternative
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup check out our Small Batch Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Caramel Sauce
  • 1 ½ cups Ice
  • 1 dash Salt
  • Whipped Cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • Brew 1 shot of espresso or 4 oz of strong brewed coffee. Let it cool for a few minutes in the fridge so it doesn’t melt the ice too quickly.
  • Pour the cooled coffee, milk, vanilla syrup, caramel sauce, salt, and ice into your blender.
  • Blend the ingredients. We select the Frozen Drink setting on our blender which blends everything together for approximately 1 minute. Make sure to blend until the drink is thick and fully mixed.
  • Pour into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce. It’s now ready to serve; enjoy you’re refreshing Caramel Blended Coffee!
