Caramel Frozen Blended Coffee

If you love a creamy frozen coffee drink that blends sweetness with rich coffee flavor, this Caramel Frozen Blended Coffee is a must-try. It’s smooth, frosty, and just the right amount of indulgent. Similar to our Caramel Brulee Latte, it is Inspired by the classic flavors of caramel and vanilla. I love that this recipe is simple to make at home and perfect for warm days of spring and summer, or when you’re just craving something a little extra.
No need for a coffee shop run… this one’s easy to whip up in just a few minutes. Let’s make it!
Taste & Flavor

This caramel frozen blended coffee has the perfect blend of sweet and bold. The espresso (or strong brewed coffee) provides that deep, roasted flavor that holds its own against the creamy texture. The mix of vanilla syrup and caramel sauce adds a buttery richness with a little warmth and depth—not overpowering, but just enough to make the drink feel special. Blending everything with ice gives it that thick, almost milkshake-like consistency that’s super satisfying.

To finish it off, a swirl of whipped cream and caramel drizzle takes the flavor and presentation to the next level. It’s the kind of treat you’ll want to sip slowly (even though it’s hard to resist drinking it all at once).

Why I Like this Recipe
This caramel frozen blended coffee is one of my favorite spring and summer drinks to make at home. It hits that sweet spot between a dessert and a coffee, without being over-the-top. I love how the vanilla and caramel flavors melt together, especially when paired with that creamy texture from the milk and blended ice. The result is frothy, smooth, and refreshing—just what I want in an iced blended drink.

Plus, it’s super customizable. Want it stronger? Add another shot of espresso. Want it dairy-free? Swap the milk for oat, almond, or coconut milk. It comes together in under 10 minutes, and once you try it, you might find yourself skipping the coffee shop versions completely.
