  • 1 Cookie Dough Scoop - Or large spoon
  • Parchment Paper - Or silicone baking mat

  • 1 Wire Cooling Rack - Optional

Ingredients
  

  • cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Bean Extract - Suggest our Pure Vanilla Bean Extract
  • 2 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375℉ and prepare baking sheet by adding parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  • Use a medium bowl to whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  • Use an electric or stand mixer to cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. Mix until light and fluffy.
  • Next, mix the eggs in one at a time, then stir in the pure vanilla extract.
  • Add the dry flour mixture from Step #2 by slowly stirring until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie dough scoop or large spoon to add dough to the prepared baking sheet
  • Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown
  • Remove from oven and cool on baking sheets, then transfer to wire racks (optional) to finish cooling.
