1 Cookie Dough Scoop - Or large spoon
Parchment Paper - Or silicone baking mat

1 Wire Cooling Rack - Optional
- 2¼ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Bean Extract - Suggest our Pure Vanilla Bean Extract
- 2 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 375℉ and prepare baking sheet by adding parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
Use a medium bowl to whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Use an electric or stand mixer to cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. Mix until light and fluffy.
Next, mix the eggs in one at a time, then stir in the pure vanilla extract.
Add the dry flour mixture from Step #2 by slowly stirring until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Use a cookie dough scoop or large spoon to add dough to the prepared baking sheet
Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown
Remove from oven and cool on baking sheets, then transfer to wire racks (optional) to finish cooling.
