Easy Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookies
It’s the time of year when the days are getting shorter and the weather is getting cooler! As a result, our team decided to dedicate the next several recipes for a fall/winter season theme. We’re calling this series our 2023 Lone Goose Bakery Holiday Recipes! This includes Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We’re starting off this series with this quick and easy Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe. You may think the addition of cinnamon makes it more of a “holiday” recipe, and you’re probably right. We like to keep it flexible and say it can work anytime during this season.

Had this recipe mentioned by a friend that visited your site and LOVE it. No joke, just try it. I add a bit less chocolate chips and found that my baking time was closer to 14-15 min. The cinnamon is perfect in my opinion, not too overpowering.
Any dad bakers out there??? Apparently I’m the only one, at least on these reviews… anyway I enjoy baking more than my wife but I often don’t have the free time. I ended up finding this recipe via a search engine and baked with my kids and we ate a few -too many- afterwards and had more leftover for lunch desserts. Kick booty recipe if you ask me.

We have plenty of fathers and dads that enjoy our community, thanks for posting!
Saw this recipe linked on another website (thanks Liz) and wanted to test it out. Super easy and great for this time of year. Haven’t tried any of the baking ingredients from this company but I just placed an order for vanilla beans. Will come back and review after I use them.
Hope you enjoy our vanilla as much as you enjoyed the recipe, Debra. We know you will!
I doubled the vanilla (mccormicks) because I’m a lover of vanilla
If you’re a vanilla lover, you should check out our vanilla next time. Hope you enjoyed the cookies!
My aunt brought these to Thanksgiving and they were a hit so I asked her where she got them and she gave me the address to this site. Now I can bake them for my friends and act like it’s a secret recipe, shhhhhhh 😉
Glad you enjoyed them, thanks for visiting our site!
