Brew a double shot of espresso (or a strong 1/2 cup of coffee) and pour into your chosen mug
Steam milk with milk frother or small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until it’s hot but not boiling.
Add the other ingredients including the sugar, vanilla syrup, almond extract, and ground cinnamon to the hot milk. Stir until the ingredients are all completely dissolved into the milk.
Add the milk mixture to the espresso or coffee
Top it off with whipped cream (if desired) and add in the dash of nutmeg for holiday flavor.
