Brown Sugar Latte
Hello again Lone Goose Family, I am back again with another fun recipe! As you may already know, I have been on a latte adventure lately. Our previous recipe for a homemade sugar cookie latte is a holiday favorite that gains in popularity as the temperature drops. This time, I decided that I needed to provide a recipe that is good for the Thanksgiving & Christmas season and is also a great fit any time of the year. This Brown Sugar Latte is a sweet & tasty recipe that fits that description. I’m sure you are as excited as I am to make it, so let’s get started!

Taste & Flavor
I am enjoying my brown sugar latte right now, so I will do my best to describe the flavor (as a non-expert). Lattes are my favorite caffeinated drink, and the bold and rich flavor of the espresso paired with the smooth and creamy milk forms the backbone of each cup. The brown sugar adds a natural caramel sweetness and the vanilla adds depth with its unmatched aroma. The bit of ground cinnamon and nutmeg add a festive and holiday flavor profile that gives the latte a familiar and comforting feel. Adding the optional whipped cream finished things off in a sweet creamy manner that keeps you coming back for more.

Nutrition Facts
This nutrition facts table includes approximate values based on the following assumptions. It includes skim milk as the 1st ingredient and does not include the optional whipped cream. Adding ¼ cup of regular whipped cream would add roughly 100 calories, using a low fat option would be around 40 calories.
Vegan Option
To make this recipe a vegan option is very simple. It only requires selecting a non-dairy option rather than dairy milk, and removing the optional whipped cream. Alternatives include oat milk, almond milk, and soy milk. I personally always recommend oat milk, because its flavor and consistency work best with
